Unable to locate package confluent-platform-oss-2.11

Hi

I am installing confluent on a docker container (ubuntu) and following the instructions described in http://docs.confluent.io/3.3.0/installation.html#id2.

When I run the last command "apt-get install confluent-platform-oss-2.11" I get the following errors:

E: Unable to locate package confluent-platform-oss-2.11

E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'confluent-platform-oss-2.11'

E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'confluent-platform-oss-2.11'

Does anyone have any ideas what I may have missed or if there is an issue?
