comment on kafka-connect-avro from documentation

in the documentation of docker for jdbc connector,  https://docs.confluent.io/current/cp-docker-images/docs/tutorials/connect-avro-jdbc.html,

in order to execute the kafka-connect-avro on the example, need to add the following:

 -e CONNECT_CONFIG_STORAGE_REPLICATION_FACTOR=1 \

  -e CONNECT_OFFSET_STORAGE_REPLICATION_FACTOR=1 \

  -e CONNECT_STATUS_STORAGE_REPLICATION_FACTOR=1 \

otherwise the container crushes that replication factor is 3 (the default)...

as following:

docker run -d \
