Sensex at 16000, again!

It has been a horrible time for investment since late 2007 and seeing
the index again at 16000 for the 13th time was too much.I am kicking
myself for not cashing out completely in Nov 2010 when the index
crossed 20000 for the second time.
I can tell u, selling RIL in 700s after seeing it at twice the levels
is not a happy thing to do.
It is based on my experience and current reading of the stock market.
Do comment on my blog as well.
What do you say, are u betting on a bull market in 2012-13?
