Confidant closes SSL connection during handshake

In chrome this manifests as a "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED" error. Normally I'd activate debug mode and check the logs but it disables SSLify so in this case that is a no go. In lieu of that, I executed tcpdump from inside the container and attached the output here. Let me know if a more verbose dump would be helpful or if there is a better way to debug this.

For reference, I'm running Confidant in a docker container locally. My dockerfile is based off the one in the Confidant github repo with two differences:

1. I've modified it so that it pulls the latest code from github on build, rather than downloading the code and using ADD.
2. I've changed the CMD command to a custom start script that includes my environment variables.

I've attached both. That said, I also experience the same issue with the official lyft/confidant image so I believe it might be related to my configuration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
