Will confd run on windows?

Just curious if confd has been tested/run on windows?  I noticed you're only delivering binary releases for OSX and Linux and I can find no mention

of anyone running it on windows.

well I attempted to build this on windows, and what I found is that util.go is using syscalls around https://github.com/kelseyhightower/confd/blob/master/src/github.com/kelseyhightower/confd/resource/template/util.go#L49-L50

These are undefined on windows.  The mode stuff does not correlate to windows.

Not sure if this should be filed as a bug as I'm not sure where windows support stands on this project.
