Netconf is returning empty valuse when you request for schema subtree in netconf-state

Hello Eve

command used:

<rpc xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0" message-id="2232">

  <get>

    <filter type="subtree">

      <netconf-state xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:yang:ietf-netconf-monitoring">

        <schemas/>

      </netconf-state>

    </filter>

  </get>

</rpc>

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<rpc-reply xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0" message-id="2"><data></data></rpc-reply>]]>]]>

Anyone know the cause for this ?
