 Excellent link! There's one thing that Bjarne (the guy with HUGE glasses in the beginning) leaves behind and that some of the team is still quoting him on: "what is the f**king problem?" Repeat that in meetings when people are complaining and you will eventually get to something that can be acted upon. Count the number of times you need to ask and you have something that could be named "the Bjarne count". Keep working to get the Bjarne Count down and you're in good shape :-)
