Exclusive sale of withdrawn books: 25 September 2010

 

As part of our Quality Service, we replace 10% of our stock annually. Therefore our stock is under revision on a continual basis and in the process we withdraw books for a variety of reasons. These withdrawn books are subsequently made available, at a nominal cost, only to our members, who appreciate this gesture.

 

We are planning to organise one such sale for our individual members like you.  The sale will be organised on Saturday 25 September 2010 between 11 am and 4 pm at the British Council Division. You will have an opportunity to choose from a collection of about 2000 volumes of books.   The withdrawn books include subjects like Fiction, Management, Medicine and books from the Young Learner Centre.

 

 

The books are classified into 7 categories and priced at Rs 30/-, Rs 50/-, Rs 75/-, Rs 100/-,

Rs 150/-, Rs 200/- and above Rs 200/-.

 

We would also like to let you know that:

 

Ø       The sale will be on a first-come, first-served basis (11 am to 4 pm)

Ø       We will not be able to block books in advance and

Ø       There is no restriction on the number of books an individual can buy.
