Is there a tutorial on YouTube explaining how we can use this framework to create a conference website. I need to create a conference website for our school, is it also fully customizable or can we just use a little HTML, CSS and js.

We have no video tutorials, but documentation about the system basics and common workflows can be found here: https://conf-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
For paid plans there's support for embedded HTML, custom CSS and JS.
