conf.researchr.org seems to be working fine from my device/connection here in the Netherlands (conf.researchr.org is hosted form TU Delft, the Netherlands).
Our uptime monitor also get responses. However, I received another report about
https://conf.researchr.org not being reachable.
May I ask from which location you are trying to access conf.researchr.org?
I suspect some networking issues on the route between our server and your device.
Can you check if you can reach the following websites:
https://tudelft.nl
https://researchr.org/
