Highlighting keynote speakers?

How do some conference pages highlight their keynote speakers? I'm thinking of eg ICFP 2023 (https://icfp23.sigplan.org/) which has a mugshot, name, and talk title for each keynote. Is there some conf.researchr.org feature for that, or is it just HTML hackery?

I believe it is the carousel feature that show cases the program.

Can you give a pointer? We already have a photo carousel, with pretty pictures of the location:

But that's separate. ICFP 2023 has both such a photo carousel (with photos of Seattle) and a section of the main webpage that shows photos of keynote speakers.

It has been a while, and I don’t seem to have admin access to any instance to check. If no one else can help faster, we could try to zoom+screenshare. I am sure that with some poking around we can find it.
