Split screens when opening ConEmu

I have set up a task that gives me a 2x2 split screen and I made it to startup when launching ConEmu. So when I start ConEmu by running the program, it opens in 2x2. So this is great. My problem is that If I press win key+R and type in cmd, ConEmu still opens, but it opens as a single screen instead of 2x2 split screen.

How can I get this to open as 2x2 even when I open the command prompt in ways others than clicking on ConEmu in the start menu?
