New special switch request -new_console_pause

Hello,

I often do things like this from conemu: cup all & cinst resharper & pause -new_console

Basically I "fork" a long running command to a new window. Now I like he behavior of -new_console when I launch an interactive shell. But in this case I want to pause. -new_console_pause saves a few characters over & pause - new_console. I would also love a shorter version like -new_consolep.
