The Chiral SYK Model Shivaji Sondhi (Princeton)

Models of interacting chiral fermions have attracted attention periodically. I will describe some recent work with Biao Lian and Zhenbin Yang in which we use the large N limit that makes the SYK model tractable to solve a chiral version of that model. Exact results at small N suggest that the model undergoes a transition from integrability to chaos as N is increased past some critical value. Based on: arXiv:1906.03308
