I'm a little confused by the powering arrangements of the MKR 1010 WiFi. I need to power it on a breadboard from an external power supply. I will not be using a LiPo battery and I need it to work when the USB is disconnected.

The sound of the 1010 is fantastic. I don't have any clarity issues that I have on previous setups. In fact, I am changing a few of my sounds around quite a bit since I now have the clarity to hear every little nuance in the sound. It feels warm enough to me when playing pads and piano patches, but still really cuts when I play leads. The sound output is excellent, even at very high levels, though a little stronger bass would help. Adding a 15 to the rig really helps the sound in a big way.

These are very important questions: (1) Would it make difference if David Selby forgot to apply Arrid Extra Dry or Right Guard before wearing the orange shirt? (2) Would the wardrobe department be required to launder the orange shirt worn by Ken McEwen (Larry Chase) in Episode #1010 before David Selby (Quentin) wore the shirt again a few days later to tape Episode # 1014?

On March 5, 1941, Mrs. Oswald purchased a frame 43 house at 1010Bartholomew Street, for $1,300.44 According to John's recollection, the neighborhood was not as pleasant as Alvar Street; the house had abackyard, and the family kept a dog named "Sunshine." 45 A neighbor,Mrs. Viola Peterman, recalls that Mrs. Oswald kept to herself butappeared to be "a good mother to her children." 46 She opened a shopin the front room, where she sold things like sewing"'supplies andsmall groceries.47 Oswald's Notion Shop, as it was called, failed tomake money,49 and on January 16, 1942, Mrs. Oswald sold the house backto the Third District Home Association, from which she had purchasedit, for a profit of $800.50

Using the name of A. J. Hidell, Oswald had ordered a Smith &Wesson .38 revolver from Los Angeles on a form which he dated January27. On March 12, he ordered a rifle from Klein's Sporting Goods inChicago under the name of A. Hidell.1010 Oswald used the name "AlekJames Hidell" on identification cards which he probably produced atJaggars-Chiles-Stovall. One of his fellow employees taught him variousphotographic techniques, which he could have used to prepare not onlythese cards, but also the samples of his work which he sent to variousorganizations.1011

In the largest study of genetic factors linked to alcohol dependence, an international team of researchers identified a gene known to affect risk and determined that many other genes also contribute to risk for alcohol dependence to a lesser degree. In addition, the study linked genetic factors associated with alcohol dependence to other psychiatric disorders, such as depression, and showed that genetic factors tied to typical drinking sometimes are different from those linked to alcohol dependence.

The researchers found that the genetic risk factors related to alcohol dependence also were linked to risk for other psychiatric disorders, such as depression, schizophrenia, ADHD and the use of cigarettes and marijuana. They plan to continue investigating those links between genetic susceptibility to alcohol dependence and risk for other types of psychiatric illness.

A key aspect of the new study is that it included genetic data from people of European (46,568) and African (6,280) ancestry. Although the same ADH1B gene was linked to alcoholism risk both in people of European ancestry and African ancestry, the researchers found that different variants in the gene altered risk in the two populations. Other research has revealed that the same variation in the same gene as occurs in Europeans also influences risk in people of Asian descent, but that data was not included in this study.

Direct marketing can be a powerful tool for anticipating and predicting customer needs and behaviors. Over time, as companies use consumer data to understand their target audiences and market dynamics, they can develop more effective campaigns and offers. Organizations can create offers that are more personalized to consumer needs and preferences, and they can reach these consumers more efficiently through direct contact. Because it is so data intensive, it is relatively easy to measure the effectiveness of direct marketing by linking it to outcomes: did a customer request additional information or use the coupons sent? Did he open the email message containing the discount offer? How many items were purchased and when? And so forth. Although the cost of database and information infrastructure is not insignificant, mobile and email marketing tend to be inexpensive to produce once the underlying infrastructure is in place. As a rule, direct marketing tactics can be designed to fit marketing budgets.

Comprehensive HIV treatment and care services might not be available in facilities focused primarily on STI treatment. Providers in such settings should be knowledgeable about HIV treatment and care options available in their communities and promptly link persons who have newly diagnosed HIV infection and any persons with HIV infection who are not engaged in ongoing effective care to a health care provider or facility experienced in caring for persons living with HIV ( -files/AdultandAdolescentGL.pdf).

To maximize adherence with recommended therapies and reduce complications and transmission, medication for gonococcal infection should be provided on-site and directly observed. If medications are unavailable when treatment is indicated, linkage to an STI treatment facility should be provided for same-day treatment. To minimize disease transmission, persons treated for gonorrhea should be instructed to abstain from sexual activity for 7 days after treatment and until all sex partners are treated (7 days after receiving treatment and resolution of symptoms, if present). All persons who receive a diagnosis of gonorrhea should be tested for other STIs, including chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV. Those persons whose HIV test results are negative should be offered HIV PrEP.

Persons who have had sexual contact with a partner with PID during the 60 days preceding symptom onset should be evaluated, tested, and presumptively treated for chlamydia and gonorrhea, regardless of the PID etiology or pathogens isolated. If the last sexual intercourse was >60 days before symptom onset or diagnosis, the most recent sex partner should be treated. Sex partners of persons who have PID caused by C. trachomatis or N. gonorrhoeae frequently are asymptomatic. Arrangements should be made to link sex partners to care. If linkage is delayed or unlikely, EPT is an alternative approach to treating sex partners who have chlamydial or gonococcal infection (125,126) (see Partner Services). Partners should be instructed to abstain from sexual intercourse until they and their sex partners have been treated (i.e., until therapy is completed and symptoms have resolved, if originally present).
