Hello,
new patch release has been maid available https://github.com/ruby-concurrency/concurrent-ruby/releases/tag/v1.0.4
There are no changes made to core, it contains big update of new promises in edge gem therefore it was bumped to 0.3.0. See http://ruby-concurrency.github.io/concurrent-ruby/Concurrent/Promises.html

Good job! Sorry for the comment, I initially thought that Promises have been moved from edge to core.
