thread_safe gem merge still planned?

Hi,

Wondering if it is still planned to merge the thread_safe gem into concurrent-ruby? It would be nice to have the thread safe Array & Hash/Cache in concurrent-ruby and benefit its active & excellent maintenance & momentum. 

I'd love to offer help with this if it's only a question of having someone work on it.
