Hi Prakhar,

I was also getting some build errors initially. What command are you using to build the project? I followed this guide to get everything setup: http://wiki.cinchapi.com/display/OSS/Concourse+Developer+Setup. Try using the command ./gradlew clean installer. They are some errors in the unit tests so running this command will not run those.

some of these are removed when i comment these annotations like @Override . I am new to this so help out guys.

I also googled this problem but all the answers like compliance level,and jre doesnt seem to be the problem with me. my compliance level 1.7 and jre 8 is used by my eclipse.

I know its silly.
