JUnit5 Runner

We've got some progress on developing a JUnit5 Runner (thanks @lorenzodee), see https://github.com/concordion/concordion/pull/243.

We've got a question we're keen for your feedback on. 

With the JUnit runner, we're considering stopping support for JUnit annotations (eg @Before/@After). Instead you would need to use the Concordion annotations @BeforeExample/@AfterExample, and @BeforeSpecification/@AfterSpecification. Do you have any concerns if we make that change?

With the move from JUnit4 to JUnit5, you'll need to change the annotations anyway.

Are there any other annotations you're reliant on, eg @Rule/@ClassRule?
