Hi

I am new to concordion and i am trying to figure out how i can handle an expected exception almost like unit's expected.

I tried catching the exception and returning a multi value result with exception information - but for some reason the result is always null somehow.

Is this an expected behavior? Any suggestions on how to present expected exceptions in the specs?

thanks

Hi

Normally Concordion is used for business facing scenarios, so we tend not to describe exceptions in the spec. However, the spec might describe error conditions (which users would understand), and might translate these from exceptions in the fixture.

Your approach should work. Are you able to post snippets of the specification and fixture that we could help diagnose?

Nigel.
