Hi Helen, I'm sorry, I can't find your ville email anywhere. As  you may have heard, I have been working on initiating an apiculture project at  Loyola. We would like to clarify with the arrondissement the legal context for  this and that there is in fact no zoning or bylaw restriction. Several other  boroughs have projects underway (the Plateau, Ville Marie, Rosemont, others).  Can you please clarify for me? Thanks.
