Welcome to Concordia University's "general" newsgroup. This group is
intended for discussions of interest to the Concordia community, including
students, faculty, staff and alumni.

Given the wide range of interests represented at Concordia, very little can
be considered off-topic for this newsgroup. However, the following types
of posts are deemed inappropriate and will not be permitted:

Binary Files

Binary files are not permitted in this newsgroup. However, you may
post a URL to material which you've made available on the web.

Excessive Crossposts

Messages posted to this newsgroup should be of specific interest to
the Concordia community. If the content is so wide-ranging as to
apply to multiple newsgroups, then it does not belong here.

Commercial Posts

Commercial use of Concordia's computing facilities is forbidden.
