How strange. You'd think that someone offering their own Internet
access would use it (and, perhaps, would use a replyable address), but
this one seems to connect through Sympatico. Makes you wonder.

Not to mention that the SMAC service offered by Concordia has a plan for
under $7/month for those occasional users.

Yeah. If it is, then you guys should know that Sympatico has a clause
against subpartitioning bandwidth and can terminate said person's service
contract for that.

Reminds me of this story I heard about some university kids selling off
pieces of an EDU's bandwidth. Made lots of money, but got shut down
pretty quick...
