What to do next?

I submitted my personal response to https://www.google.com/appserve/fiberrfi/public/options
today, remembering that the RFI deadline was coming up. Then, I
realized- the 26th is clearly the deadline for a response to the RFI,
but it's not clear to me that personal & group submissions have the
same deadline. Is anyone aware of the timeline of that process? Is
it ongoing or does it also end soon?

Taking another step back, where should we be focusing our energies?
Should we try to drum up a bunch of individual and community
responses? Make a video? Does anything other than the quality and
content of the RFI *really* matter (some of the videos are cute, but
are they really going to carry more weight than considerations like
our infrastructure capabilities?)?
