I created a Usenet-style Google Groups discussion group for bringing about things like the above Amendment that the DC establishment won't do. Their job, for instance. If you email

If you reply to the reply, which I believe is just one click in most email viewers, you will be added to the group members, and will be able to post, view the member list, opt to have the group traffic emailed to you, and so on. State legislators as a group can do any political thing. If you're a State legislator, be in that capable group, and lets talk. Please join.
