The original RFF bylaws did not agree with Articles of Incorporation.  So the Board of Trustees setup a committee to rewrite them.

We had a great discussion with hundreds of ideas but no bylaws.   Time has passed.  Is the need for RFF revised bylaws  no longer needed.  I have several samples of what I want to use in our bylaws.    Should the Board turn this task over to RFFOrg, the members of RFF?    rfforg-...@yahoogroups.com is how you can take part in the discussion.

One stumbling block is meetings and voting.   SWOC is rewriting their bylaws to include electronic meetings and voting.  Who are members?  Subscribers to TALKING RFF and the social media can be associates?   RFFOrg subscribers are members with voting privileges.  RFFExecutive no longer seems to be functioning.  SEE http://www.readingforfuture.com/

No,  I would not turn anything to rff org.  There are a couple of us on the hook legally and I for one should like a copy of the bylaws that you filed with.  Do you still have a copy of the document I sent as a suggestion?
