The
Puget Sound Business Journal(PSBJ) in their latest issue(January 25-31) has released
their annual report on the hospitality industry in the area. Some interesting developments in
regards to event attendance.
Note. If anyone has an issue with the numbers posted from that issue, take it up with
the PSBJ, not me. Below is an brief outline from the list of the top attended events in
2012. The list for the most part unfortunately only focuses on events taking place in
the Washington State Convention Center. Numbers posted are turn style.
Here's a list of the top 5 events, as well as one
notable event that made the Top 20.
1. NW Flower & Garden Show

Really hoping in the future that the PSBJ starts listing events taking place outside the
convention center. Bellevue/Everett/Sea-Tac/Tacoma each have size-able events in their
area. Heck, BrickCon, which once again had over 10,000 people this year wasn't listed
being that their event is held at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall.
Cheers
