 At C^Cubed this year the Washington Liquor Board will be coming in to present and speak with us on the Banquet License that is used by our fan groups to throw parties.
   We look forward to everyone being there. This will be a great learning opportunity for those of us who work the Washington Conventions.

 First one bounced back to me.. trying again 

 Saturday June 8th at 10am.
  I have notified Gibbit with contact info for setting up a fan group meeting also as she expressed interest in setting that up.
  If you would like to put out the announcement on your page since you have a lot as friends.
  I am not sure about the special rate.
 Who makes that decision on if we can offer a discount for the one panel?
 I know I have been told there is no day rate.

I would run the special rate by SWOC, but I don't know if there is any requirement for this.  We just need to decide is it worth getting this information to the party people.  Most would not want to attend the entire C^3 (or pay the full rate), but might be willing to pay a little to attend the one panel.

Why don't you (or me) bring this up on the SWOC list.

Not seeing how that is going to be possible.
 If we have the rooms split up into three and they are all the same size.
 Spokane has one room all weekend and I have been asked to run some programming while the LCB is there for those not interested in the information..
  How big are the rooms broken in three and how many do they seat??
