DGA:  Can  someone use my C3 membership?

Sorry I will not attend C3 this year.  I would like to see someone from a Westercon attend and am offering my membership.    Westercon 66 does have much to share with C3 IMO.  San Diego is bidding for Westercon 68.  Utah 2014 combines CONduit 2014 and Westercon 67.   What can they and the SWOCpeople do to help make Westercon's stronger?    dga...@gmail.com
