After much deliberation, the denhac board has voted to not proceed with the merger according to the terms as written.  

I believe we all appreciate the unique and individual nature of each organization, and we want to continue in the spirit of cooperation. These past weeks have opened doors between our two spaces that should have been knocked off the hinges long ago, and we owe it to the community to keep them that way.  Denhac would like to offer a transfer of membership in good standing*, all  Concoctory members who are interested, as well as waive members dues through the end of October.

We would also like to invite everyone who is interested to join us at the next tour of the new space: Thursday, 4pm, at the Open Media Foundation building
