Water Leak - Emergency!

I'm at the space right now and a water leak just started from A fluorescent light fixture. I'm a new member, so I'm not sure who to contact in the event of an emergency. I'm going to see if I can't get the upstairs neighbors attention to figure out what's going on.

Took a look above the false ceiling, doesn't seem to be coming from a pipe, definitely upstairs. No active leak at the moment though
