Concerto license access

Hello,

I am reaching out about an issue we are having accessing our Concerto account. A former employee managed the software for our department. Since she left in June, we have been able to gain access to the account, but unable to post as it seems she remains account admin and needs to “approve” anything we submit. 

We have been unable to make any progress on this issue internally through Carnegie Mellon University and thought we might have better luck contacting your support directly. The account would be for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.

Hi Maya

You will need to look at the permissions assigned to the user you are logging in with.  The account will need moderator rights and a particular feed.

Look under the "Users" button under the admin section of the concerto admin page.

from there you will be able to see what groups have been assigned and subsequently which groups have been assigned to which user.

In the "User Groups" section - you will be able to see the groups and the selecting particular group will see which "Feed" that group moderates. - Being able to publish content without approval.

Hopefully the account that you have has the require permission to amend the user/group permissions

You should access her emailmox (or recreate it) and use the "I forgot password" link

I can fire up my Virtual Machine connector and see if it’s possible to reset the password through the Linux shell.
