Why would a screen remain offline? I have entered in all the
appropriate data and I have keyed in the MAC address but the screen
shows as offline and doesn't display any of my work.

Thanks.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but do you have a client device up and running for the screen?

Hi Stephen,

Screens appear offline if they have no content to display, which it sounds like is the case.  Make sure your screen is subscribed to feeds that have active content on them.  I'm on the go, otherwise I'd give more detailed instructions.  Feel free to ask if you need more explanation

I do.  It's a Google TV with the Concerto App.

Hi Zach,

I have setup RaspberryPi as my client and I am struggling with the same problem. I always get me screen offline in the dashboard. Also my Pi shows "screen not found" blank page. I am using Concerto v2.0.0. Do I need any more configuration on dashboard? Also Does concerto fetch the mac address automatically as the settings ask only for ip address.

I am able to preview my screen on my server and they are running fine. Please met me know how to make the screens online?

v2 is setup a bit differently.  Point your pi to http://yourserver/frontend.  Then register the screen to the code that is displayed.
