Install Concerto on Linux server issues Help!

Hi, I was able to get the .ova working fine, so I am trying to move to an external Cloud Server and install the Conserto-Full (both the released version and the 2.4 beta version) without any success, each of the installers ran into different issues.
On the released version, it complained about the Mysql2 version and bailed out of the installer, I finely gave up and decided to build a new server with the 2.4 beta, it complained about the Ruby version that was pulled down by the installer Ruby 2.3 and the Signer version required 2.4 or above. I installed Ruby 2.4 but I believe there must be an issue maybe because the system has both Ruby 2.3.3 and Ruby 2.4 which seems to cause a problem with the Phusion Passenger service. As it fails and no tables are created in the database, etc.
Has anyone download the latest 2.3 released full version for Debian 9 and successfully configured it to work?
Any suggestions how to get around the install script failure?

In the 2.4 version it was actually signet 0.12.0 version that was throwing the error about the version of Ruby.

Hi
I have only used Debian 10 and Ubuntu 18.04, I put a walk through that might help you if you review it. I know you can use snap to choose the version of Ruby installed on Ubuntu 16.04 and later (probably available on Debian 9) although I had a few issues that I need to find time to work through before I can write something up (mainly passenger not playing nicely). If you can use an image of Debian 10 or Ubuntu 18.04 I would recommend it.

Hello, guys, I did everything the link says you've been through, and once I restart the machine, I have to make some change?
What I did was to enter the file /etc/apache2/apache2.conf and I changed the route inside var/www and put var/www/cds, and it doesn't work for my help.

If you used git to get the concerto files inside the cds folder the path that you need in the conf file will be /var/www/cds/concerto/public
Did you create a new site by copying the default sites-available conf file and editing that before enabling it with a2ensite (only asking because you mention the apache2.conf file which I would generally leave alone for this build)?

I will edit the howto, you will need to remove the servername directive in the vhosts conf to use pure IP address then reload apache. Let us know how you get on.
