There are two parts to Concerto, the server application, which houses the content, and the player, which displays the content.  The server application runs on a basic LAMP stack, and a guide like this https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ApacheMySQLPHP can help you install the underlying server components.  The Concerto application can be downloaded and installed from http://www.concerto-signage.org/deploy.  The latest player can be found at https://github.com/asquared/concerto-live.  It is built on top of Debian, and is basically a full-screen browser.  Follow the readme for some installation steps (it assumes you've already installed Debian from here).  Hope these help, feel free to email the group if you encounter problems.

It seems that live-build has changed config directory setup.    I tried mapping files as such....

 

config/archives => same place

config/package.lists => same place

config/hooks => chroot_local-hooks

config/include.binary => binary_local-includes

config/include.chroot=> chroot_local-includes

 

It fails with "gem" not found and doesn't seem to load the package list.

 

Should I try to get an older version of live-build?   Anyone tried the new live-build?
