It is with pride and great anticipation that I have accepted the BOC
appointment to the Clayton County Tax Assessors Board. Commissioner
Singleton nominated me and Commissioners Ralph and Hambrick supported
her nomination. Bell and Edmondson voted against the confirmation, not
surprising at all. Nonetheless, I will be sworn in on Tuesday, January
12th at 8:45am in Judge Matthew Simmons courtroom or chambers. Please
join me if you can. It only takes about 5 minutes.
We can talk about it later, but I do hope that we understand the
importance in making sure that our elected officials are held
accountable for their actions. Remember this is an election year!
