Problems in Sunnyside

I can see where this might become a problem in MB. The 4th of July is a prime example. The crowds were bigger than ever this year and people were parking at the end of streets (going to beach) long before the fireworks started - sometimes blocking driveways and actually parking in driveways when no one was there.
Traffic on 98 was bumper to bumper long after the fireworks were over. Crossing 98 was very dangerous even for adults. I saw lots of drinking on the beach and I'm sure some of those same people drove home!
