-----Original Message----- I can see where this will be a problem in MB soon.  This past 4th is a prime example - the crowds were bigger than ever this year for the fireworks and traffic on 98 was bumper to bumper for quite a while long after the fireworks were over.  People were parking at the end of streets (at the beach) blocking driveways and actually parking in driveways if no one was there!   Even with streetlights, it is still dark in places.
