Sorry I can't write a letter for you since I am no longer a property owner down there but many years ago my husband and I fought for 8 years vs. money and politics to maintain waterfront ownership on our 16th St. property which stopped the El Governor from building a sewage disposal plant on their campground. It cost us dearly but we also believed in fighting for what we believed was right. I hope this is the end result for you and that the city doesn't waste more taxpayer money. Common sense seems in short supply down there.
