Is there any sentence-level corpus with concepts mentioned?

To get the context features of concept, I wonder if there's any sentence-level corpus with concepts mentioned. So far as I know, ConceptNet only contains the graph features. For example:

triple: [ e1: the land down under, r: related to, e2: Australia]

sentence1 with e1 mentioned: Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere.
