concept net query

hi

I am a phd student doing research work in nlp and machine learning.I want to create a concept network/tree from a given statement by initially choosing concepts from that statement.

eg.  A mouse and frog were friends.

in this stmt i chose mouse, frog and friends and 3 concepts.now i want to create concept network of these three concepts.

How?
