Rule load_db is taking forever in ConceptNet5 build process

I'm building ConceptNet5 in VM with dedicated 30 GB of RAM and total of 450 GB free disk space. Now rule load_db is running for almost 2 days, no errors, nothing.

Is it normal to be that slow or may be I did something wrong?
