OMCSNet's Java API

Hi, I downloaded the omcsnet v1.3.1 java api and knowledge
browser .When i run the Example.java,the error is "Could not find the
main class:Example,Program will exit" .(I followed as the "reade
me") .Why? Aslo I could not find the JOMCSNetAPI,where could i get
it.Any kind of help will be appreciated.

We're currently at ConceptNet 4 and it's been many, many years since OMCSnet.
