Hi 

I need to compare the proactive concept drift algorithm (RePro - http://www.cs.uvm.edu/~xwu/Publication/UVMCS-TR-05-03.pdf) with my own implementation, BUT i cannot find the RePro source code anywhere and it is not part of MOA algs and none of the papers describe the algorithm in great detail...

1) does anyone has an implementation of that please, what could be shared?

2) is there any site where i may be able to find it?

2) how does anyone go about to implement an algorithm based on only a paper? (contacted the authors but no reply) as of course even some of the tunable parameter settings are unknown...
