Hello there,

Recently I got interested into concept drift learners and was wondering if anyone can point me to some implementation (of any variation on this theme) in the R language.
Researching this lead to some implementations in MATLAB and Java (Weka) but no results on R. I was wondering if there are really no implementations of such learners in R ?

Thanks in front,
David

the drift classifiers of MOA are still in TODO but you have quite a number of adaptive classifiers such as HoeffdingAdaptiveTree or OnlineAccuracyUpdatedEnsemble. https://github.com/jwijffels/RMOA

João

Dear David,

Adding to Joao's email, the RMOA package is available on CRAN  with documentation @ https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RMOA/RMOA.pdf

Best wishes,

Mohamed

Hello David,

Would it be possible for you to share the links to the tools you found for Matlab and Java as well?

Thanks,

Oresti
