Please see the attached Call for Papers for a special issue on "Data Stream Mining and Applications" to be published by Springer's Evolving Systems. All topics relevant to learning from data streams, in particular those associated with non-stationary or changing distributions are welcome, which is an area that is near and dear to the hearts of all of us working in concept drift. Submission deadline is listed as August 31, so there is plenty of time.
