Change of Trading : Platform EFI/Zaner360 to CQG

Dear all,

Recently StoneX just informed us that EFI/Zaner360 will be decommissioned. The target date is 13 December. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and we just have to adapt to the new platform.

 

Currently we are testing the new platform (CQG) and learning how to use it as well. The plan now is to create a workspace that will make it easy for everyone to set up the platform and then we will publish a guide on how to use it. Before you go LIVE on CQG, it is important that you use a demo account (reach out to Ilan/Adam to set one up for you and we will let everyone know when) to practice and make sure you are comfortable executing the trades first. 

From what we know so far, 

1. You do not need to close your account etc, this is simply using a new platform to manage your trades.

2. CQG is free.

3. No change in commission.

4. No change in margin requirement.

5. CQG is a browser based platform so you run it off Chrome etc.
