Hi everyone,
The move to CQG from EFI/Zaner360 had started for some time now.
We have members with both Zaner and Cannon. Even though we are all connecting to CQG/StoneX, there are still traders who are facing issues with datafeed etc. From what I have observed so far, Cannon's Ilan is more responsive in helping to resolve any issues any member faces. I have received some feedback about Zaner's tardiness when it comes to getting problems resolved.
What I am proposing is that, if you want, you can switch from Zaner to Cannon so that Ilan from Cannon becomes your representative. The steps are quite simple. Ilan will send you a form to fill, then followed by some signatories via docusign. There is no need to close accounts or move money to and fro. This is just a transfer of your introducing broker (from Zaner to Cannon). The process should be completed in a week or two. Some of our members had already done that.
This is entirely up to individual so please decide for yourself if you want to take this step. If you are with Zaner and currently not facing any issues, then there is probably no need to move. If you are with Cannon already, you can ignore this message.

In the email please state that you are from COP, already have an account with StoneX and you want to move your account from Zaner to go under Cannon.
