Hi Everyone, I am planning for CSCP Certification next year. Currently I am keeping myself updated with industry by means of net, textbooks etc. I would like to know if anyone has any specific study material published by APICS or any sample questions for CSCP. Any help would be highly appreciated. thanks Vaib

more than 2500 CSCP Questions. I am just answering your question. I know nothing
about the content of the software.

In my opinion , i think the 4 modules books are imporant
but also the 2500 questions software, that stuff really uesful n make me clear the concepts beside using my experience to answer the questions

ycthk-I do read your informative posts. You do present to readers an interesting challenge. Your posts indicate that usage of actual or reformatting of exam questions is unethical and/or illegal. The position presents a challenge to anyone
trying to assist other potential candidates. I studied for the CSCP Exam and passed on the first attempt. While I can not recall an exact question on the exam, I do have counsel for those preparing for the CSCP Exam. What do you consider to be both ethical and legal in helping others?
In addition, because the entire question data bank, each exam form, and all exam materials are copyrighted and are the legal property of APICS, legal action will be taken against anyone who violates the copyright laws by distributing examination content or materials through any form of reproduction. Oral or written communication during the exam is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Also, all exam candidates agree to abide by the APICS code of ethics when they begin their exams. A violation of APICS intellectual property is also a violation of our code of ethics and, in addition to legal action, individuals can lose their certification.
There is nothing illegal or unethical in collecting the actual CSCP Exam
questions for the benefit of potential candidates. I am a professional
trainer and I am having over 350 actual CSCP questions collected by me with
great efforts from my students who appear in the CSCP Exam. One should try
to help others. APICS has not placed any restriction on this. One can make
out the difference between the actual questions and those which are full of

A vital aspect of effective supply chain management is collaboration, achieved through information sharing, so this article is a reflection of my willingness to collaborate with current/aspiring supply chain professionals or whoever may require study tips for their APICS CSCP certification exam. This is my self study experience and tips on successfully achieving the APICS CSCP designation on March 8th 2021.
After completing my post graduate studies in Supply Chain Management, i carried out some research and decided on the APICS CSCP certification due to its global recognition as an industry leading designation in Supply Chain Management and the only end to end supply chain certification, worldwide.
The APICS CSCP is widely recognized and earning the designation is proof (to current employers, would-be employers and the supply chain industry as a whole) that the holder has a sound understanding of supply chain management principles and concepts needed for success in any supply chain management role as well as the ability to apply these principles effectively.
Once eligibility is confirmed, you are authorized to take the exams and that is the point to decide on instructor-led classes or the self study option. The APICS website has a list of instructor led classes. I opted for self study with the APICS CSCP 2020 Learning System which consisted of 5 books covering 3 Modules namely;
I started studying Module 1 in mid-November 2020 and spent an average of 1 month on each Module. Note that the entire Learning System is 1,150 pages. It took four months of studying for 1-2 hours after work, every (other) weekday and sometimes on the weekend, to complete reading the entire material. My entire study timeline was November 2020 - February 2021.
I completed all three modules in the last week of February and proceeded to schedule my exam for March 7th, giving myself two weeks revision time which i felt was a good timeline that would allow me retain the content studied without feeling rushed into taking the exam. I'll admit that i did not study the Module quizzes because i was already overwhelmed with the volume of the reading material.
The reading material is a gold mine for a supply chain professional as it contains the most recent industry information and best practices in the supply chain management industry world-wide, however, it is information overload when preparing for an exam where your knowledge of the reading material will be tested. As a practicing SCM professional, fresh out of Business school where i earned a Supply Chain Management post graduate degree (with Honors), reading the Modules was very beneficial to me as it contained a lot of content that was a part of my school curriculum, concepts applied in my daily work duties as well as my previous work experience.
I focused on mastering the concepts contained in the 600 revision questions; this helped me finally pinpoint the knowledge that would be tested in the exam. Everyday of my two week revision period, i would attempt 100 questions daily (which naturally involved failing some of the 100 questions), i would then retake the same 100 questions, this time focusing on the correct answers and reading the explanation.
The best thing about Pocket Prep is that after attempting a question (each question has four options) it gives you the correct answers and an explanation/definition of all four options including the correct answer. It also tells you (in some cases) where the other three options would be appropriate answers, this was super helpful as those wrong options would be the correct answers to some questions encountered down the line.
Pegacert has a bank of 142 past APICS CSCP questions that are free to whoever needs them. However, they cannot be downloaded (i didn't try though). The downside is that it gives you the correct option/tells you if you selected the wrong option (after you have selected an option) without any explanation. The upside is that the website simulates the exam and you benefit from practicing and familiarizing yourself with all the questions through repeated practise. I'll add here that i encountered at least 10 revision questions from Pegacert in the exam, verbatim.
The APICS CSCP exam consists of 150 questions, yes 150 multiple choice questions! Now this is where you console yourself by saying "I guess if it was any easier, APICS CSCP certified professionals would be a dime a dozen". That's why your certificate rightly states that it was earned "for successfully passing a rigorous examination process".
After submission, be prepared to take a quick survey about the exam (about 3/5 minutes), then comes the moment of truth, your results are displayed i.e. Pass or Fail, along with your scores in each Module. The passing score for the exam is 300/350 and I was very glad to have passed the exam on my first try.
