Hello World!

The only thing thats bitter than Mexican chilies is the news that the exams are close and KPH is out of stock. And nothing relieves you better than the news that the paper is out for sell! Given that latter is not an available option (ethically) we have with us, we ask you to lower your expectations, to reading Conoscenza. So you can shout “Conoscenza is out” with your hands spread wide and your head held high. We guarantee it’ll lower your exam anxieties. And we don't charge a penny for it.

You see the world is full of fluctuations, more than what happens to us in May (can we edit this month out of calendar? huh) The sensex rises and falls, companies go bankrupt one in every two hours, syllabus expands as the exam day approaches and many more. These are the effects of relativity. So read the articles given in this month’s mag and enjoy relatively more. Moreover comment and collaborate on http://conatus-conoscenza.blogspot.com.

May you rock!

Opera Browser Celebrates 15th Anniversary

Oslo, Norway — April 28, 2009, fifteen years ago, two computer scientists sat at their desks in a research lab to begin a new project. They were going to build their own Web browser. Those first keystrokes would become Opera, the browser that has set the standard for browser innovation.

Jon von Tetzchner, CEO, Opera Software, and Geir Ivarsøy began coding the original desktop Web browser in April 1994. Today, about 40 million people use Opera on their Windows, Mac and Linux computers.

This year, Opera has introduced Opera Turbo, which compresses pages to give broadband-like speeds on almost any Internet connection. Yet there is much more to come. Stay tuned to see how the Web will evolve
